Trey Eley, born Melvin Eley III, is an American Jazz & R&B solo artist. He also leads his own band, The Trey Eley eXperience, and co-leads the urban jazz band, The Jazz Boyz, alongside Saxophonist, Marcus H. Mitchell.

Though, as a Jazz Flutist, Trey does not play an instrument native to or common in the genre, that does not stop him from dominating in the music world.

With nearly 20 years of experience, this young man brings to the table what other musicians his age rarely offer.

Trey Eley currently has 3 CDs available for sale: his debut solo album, "The Beginning", released in February 2007, "The Funky Flute EP", released in May 2009 and "24th Music Presents: The Jazz Boyz: Volume One", released in 2008. He is also featured on CDs to include Marcus H. Mitchell's "2007 Top 10" Smooth Jazz album, "R&R".

Trey has worked with musicians such as Marcus H. Mitchell, Paul Carr, Darren Rahn, Mike Phillips, Gedeon McKinney, and played in top venues such as Blues Alley, Ashford & Simpson's Sugar Bar, Strathmore, The Kennedy Center, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Trey runs his own music company, MCE3 Entertainment. He also works with Marcus Mitchell's record label 24th Music as the Vice President, and is an artist under the label as well.
