From Beyond, nombre tomado de una de las obras de Howard Phillip Lovecraft, la banda comienza a mediados de abril del 2004, después de un año de iniciada la banda graba un demo llamado "Demo MMV" el cual no es muy promocionado por causas desconocidas, en busca de un sonido mas maduro, se decide cambiar la alineación y baterista y vocal tienen que abandonar la banda, con este cambio llega Ángel "Troll" (Vocal con In Articulo Mortis) y viéndose en la necesidad de usar secuencias de batería a falta de baterista, así se graba el segundo demo llamado "Ábsit", teniendo buen aceptación a pesar de la secuencia de batería y en la presentaciones en vivo. Buscamos a Alex (Baterista de Haveth), quien acepto entrar en la batería, pero solo duro varios ensayos no sintiéndose capaz de tocar las canciones, un par de meses después llega Cesar, quien ejecuto satisfactoriamente las canciones, pero también solo duro unos ensayos y una presentación en vivo, el abandona la banda por causas personales. Como Sergio era guitarrista también en Haveth, siguió habiendo contacto con Alex, quien en tiempos libres ensayaba las canciones con ayuda de Sergio, y así nuevamente acepto tocar con la banda ahora si ejecutando las piezas con precisión, así ya con la alineación completa se graba este hasta ahora ultimo material llamado "Ambivalence" ya con canciones también en ingles a petición de varios seguidores. El sonido y letras de From Beyond nacen de sentimientos y experiencias cotidianas, cosas que a todos o al menos a la mayoría nos suceden, cosas reales, experiencias propias.
