THE FRIENDLY INDIANS are heard each week performing the theme song for the USA Network's newest hit series PSYCH, starring James Roday and Dule Hill.



The band is from Orange County and has gigged all over southern California since the early '90s, earning a loyal following as well as an honor by members of the local press and music community as one of OC's top live acts. The band has performed in such varied venues as the House of Blues, The Roxy, The Whisky a Go Go, and the Coach House.



THE BAND has released two CDs: their debut, GREETINGS.FROM LAKE DOLORES, and the more recent PURE GENIUS. Both albums were well received by the public and received wide acclaim from the Los Angeles Times as well as the OC Register, who promptly listed it among the best releases of the decade from a local act.



The INDIANS have shared bills with many of today's prominent artists, including The Barenaked Ladies, Fountains of Wayne, John Doe (of X), The Romantics, Eddie Money, The Rembrandts, The BoDeans, Leftover Salmon, and Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers.
