BIOG.

Formed in 1998 off the back of the craze for mash-up dance remixes on the UK club scene, Scott & Harry quickly gained a name for themselves not only for their mash-ups but their DJing at (the original) Lingards Nightclub. The name they gave the crowd at that club eventually became the name they gave themselves (The Friday Night Posse).

In 2002 they were signed by All Around The World (UK dance record label). Over the years the guys have worked with or officially remixed Cascada, LeAnn Rimes, DHT, DJ Sammy, Aquagen, Danni Minogue, Voodoo & Serano, Groove Coverage, Ice Cube, N-Trance, Warp Brothers, Winona Judd, plus well over 200 more.

Remixes are being commissioned from all over the place (Sony/BMG, Universal, EMI, Ministry of Sound, Warner) as well as worldwide dance independents.

Their "Dancing DJs" style fits the UK "scouse house" scene, while many "Friday Night Posse" mixes have crossed-over to hardhouse/hard dance/trance crowds. Harry's "Hardino" imprint covers commercial/house mixes.

In 2005 "Dreams" was released (in Australia and USA) and under the guise of The Dancing DJs they released "Fading Like A Flower". More tracks have been released on promo vinyl and featured on all the "Clubland" and "Floorfillers" compilation albums (UK released).

Scott's weekly DJ residencies cover the north of England with regular gigs on the Irish and Spanish islands. While Harry concentrates his time in the studio with the occasional DJ gig on the UK Clubland Tours and in contrast, one or two hard-dance gigs.

Currently, tunes to look out for are "Amazed", brand new track with Caroline Griffin on vocals, currently on promo. "Jump", an original tune written by the guys (and on the myspace player). Plus new 2007 mixes of (the now infamous) "It Must Have Been Love" (featuring Soraya) are waiting in the wings.
