Frenemies is the nom de plume of Baltimore musician/songwriter Chris Freeland. In 2006 Chris gathered the talents of Steve Hefter (& Friends of Friends), Dan Franz (Arbouretum), Alex Scally (now of Beach House), Jones, and Andy Cook to play songs that are built on a desire to combine traditional verse/chorus pop songwriting with a big boody rhythm section of dance, punk, and rap.



In an effort to promote literacy and friendship, all Frenemies concerts double as Book Exchanges. If you plan on attending a show, please look through your shelves and find a book you would like to share.
