frank started djing and freestyling in 1996.after he met philo and geutz, at this time known as "nexus", he started writing his first songs, did some gigs with nexus at the turntables and freestyled whenever he could.
in 2000, geutz went his own way and sick steez was born.both of them wrote bars, philo kicked out some heavy beats and frank dropped cuts.
sick steez played numerous gigs with non phixion, edo g, masta ace, e dot, mr. complex, punchline, de la soul, akrobatik, mr. lif, main concept, dendemann, r.a.g, blumentopf, max, mb 1000, sido, huss & hodn, kamp, thm and more.
in 2008, sick steez released their first full length album, HIGH AND TIGHT!
