Franck de Villeneuve, artist oscillating between south of France and north of Spain, is DJ and composer of electronic music since the early 90s.
He has played DJ and live in numerous raves and clubs of Europe with famous artists like Miss Kittin, Paul Kalkbrenner, M.A.N.D.Y., Marc Romboy, Luke Slater, John Dahlback, Valentino Kanzyani, Swayzak, Agoria, Clara Moto, Oxia, MyMy, Juan Trip, Mlle Caro, Electric Rescue, Laurent Hô, Zen Paradox, DJ Paulette, Jonhatan Jewel, John Thomas, Gilles le gamin, Marco Bailey, Tonio, Djul'z, Miloch, Angel Molina, Sergio Patricio (.).
He has been resident and artistic director of numerous clubs as the Rachdingue in Spain (last residency & direction), and has played on events like the TECHNOPARADE in Paris in September 2008 ; he has been included in many collectives like cybersonic tribe, maoris, brain h@ckers, tpmg, arkadys (.) before 1999. . At this date he instigated his own collective : it will become later diprogress. This new energy allowed him to play live-act or DJ in foreign countries, even far away, in the indian ocean. He performed three different live-acts during this period, all with a particular concept, each with a own set of machines. He played DJ with FX also, to perform more closer to live. He organised events in the art domain, mixing his music with paintings or installations. He also worked since 2001 with TV for his particular sound design, a mix of electro and classical. In 2005 he organized with the collective parties with a humanitarian goal, like "Extend Art to Human", a tour for AIDS
organisation.

His productions are varied : he achieved in 1997 the generic of the Festival of the Mediterranean experimental movie, relieved in cinema and to the television by M6 and south FR3; an ambient track published at BMG, that he achieved in 1998 with Laurence Martinez, violinist of tour live of Laurent Garnier ; the piece ' Just Married', electro - jazz fusion that allows him, in 1999, to be nominated to Groove Sessions of the FNAC by a jury presided by Frédéric Galiano.
In 2000 he took his first production vinyl & cd under the pseudo of MewiMewi, on the Mexican label Mil Record, by remixing the collective Nortec. The piece radiates on Tijuana and finally on the musical newspapers of Britain and is taken 2 years later on the English label SONIC360. This remix has been taken since on the labels Nettwerk America and Head+Arms.
In December 2006 loukoum records took a remix and in march 2007 a 4 old tracks album the 'deVil E.P.', all released digitally worldwide .Since 2008 the rythm accelerates and many releases are out .The Conscient EP on SideFX, the Venal EP on DA-TRAXX recordings, Moller remix on Lace records, Mind Trip to thesouth on Zen Lounge compilation by Hypnotic Room ; a remix of Alton Miller is coming on Lace recordings .
