Silence Cursed

Couple of Years back, a band named Demonic Parasites a.k.a Dahlia(Silence cursed) was formed. Silence Cursed earned the name for being the first few bands to bring up Screamo in Singapore. Silence Cursed was originally formed as a Metal band,‘’Demonic Parasites’‘(’02-04’) back in 2002. The founding members consist of Bear on vox, Zaini on drums, Fad on Bass, Wan on Rhythm guitar and AmyRomeo on Lead Guitar. The band manage to record a demo in early 2003. Unfortunately it turned out negative due to personal reasons when Fad n Bear decided to leave the band.



So they went to their seperate ways, remaining band mates Amy, Wan and Zaini. Come 2004, AmyRomeo plans to have another go at it and named the band Silence Cursed. Accompanied by his brother, Ian a.k.a Yakuzi from A Second Thought, on drums. Things went smoothly and they were signed to Metalworks Records Australia and managed to record a demo in late 2005. Since then, the Australia based band managed to record and release several albums which hit the charts in Australia’s local radio rock station. In late 2006, an album called “Enemy In A Distance” were recorded, however, it was unreleased with reason that their guitarist had to be called up for Police National Service which left the album hanging.



In November 2007, they released their debut album, Intercepted By Devastation. A revolutionised band, equipped with a new sense of approach,gained through their skills that were attained throughout all their performances locally and overseas.



On Early 2008, the band set itself loose. Band mate, Andy had some issues disallowing him to continue the journey with Silence Cursed. Times were tough and they had to get down to the home studio often to come out with new ideas. Soon that year, they came across a talented young bassist, Wanto.



Thousands were surprised, Silence Cursed renamed itself to “For having Another Tragic Ending”(4 Hate). Back themselves up with new genre, Pop-punk, Emo, Rock.



Currently, 4 H.A.T.E is undergoing pre-recording sessions. Superb song arrangements, promising 8 new songs will be recorded and uploaded at this myspace page right after all the hardwork. This album is going to be a blast assured by 4 Hate themselves. "We have been working really hard. The crew, friends & family, fans from Singapore, Australia, Japan and from other parts of the world who have heard us, have been giving us the fullest support. This will be the start of a new chapter for 4 Hate."
