DSF is the brainchild of Dan Pechacek, who's been writing songs in his bedroom for four years now. He's released five albums. The first three were recorded in the same bedrooms where they were written, and given or sold to his friends on CD-Rs, and are available by special request. The next two were done up quite nicely, with friends joining in. Jon Carbin and Ben See played on Honestly, and Ben See played on Summer Night, Winter Night. Dan is studying creative writing at Michigan State University, and plays solo shows with his LoopStation. When he's back in Oklahoma for breaks, he'll often join Ben and sometimes Zach (from The Samurai Conquistadors, Action!, and lots of other bands) to play duo or trio shows. Each experience is different from the last, and the variety is a perfect match to Dan's semi-transient lifestyle, moving back and forth between Michigan and Oklahoma.

.If you want to know anything else, just ask. Trust me. I want to talk to you. :)
