I-Tal Fiyya is one of the newest Artist to emerge from the United States. Born Matika , but known as Priest or Ital Fiyya. He was given the name Priest by William Nebo of Ghana, after William had a vision,Priest received his calling on July 19 1999 at A Cape Verde Festival in Providence Rhode Island. Weeks later he wrote and produced his first song Father Moses. It was at that time his talent was starting to shine. After being invited onstage at The New England Reggae Festival by Keith Porter of the Itals, Priest became Ital Fiyya within a few months.
