Ferry studied piano at the Rotterdam Conservatory at the Jazz&Pop department after some years of private lessons with Mayke van den Oever. On the conservatory he studied with Rob van Kreeveld, Berthil Busstra, Carlo de Wijs, Ronald Kool, Bas van den Heuvel. In '99/00 he started playing in the well known pop/rockband Wyatt. After touring and making 2 albums with this band, he followed leadsinger Dennis Kolen, who started a solo career. Making 3 albums and now working on the 4th album Ferry is still playing with Kolen. In meantime as a musician a lot of other artists came by. Ferry played with Boris, MEG, Ron Link, Rick Devito, Alain Clark, Sebastian Mego, Shane Alexander, John Voice, Aron Raams, Hans Eijkenaar, Wies, Christon, Mark Lotterman, and (many more) nowadays with the first dutch Motown-artist Waylon. Currently Ferry is working on his solo album "Days after Sunday".
