Ever seen someone who just looks like a star? What does a “star” even look like? Obviously something like 19 year old singer/ producer/ songwriter Fedarro, because people constantly stop him in public and tell him so. “What do you do?” they ask emphatically. Simply put, he was born to make great music; and everyone who knows him, knows that.



Although he’s been singing since he could talk, Fedarro has evolved into the complete musician he is today. He cleared a lane for himself at the turn of the millennium, honing his production skills with fellow classmates “Da Band Camp” before working with independent production powerhouse FreQBeatZ Productions. His career took a sudden turn for the better when he sang the hook for “See You Smile”, a mid-tempo hip-hop / R&B cut that had the internet going haywire. Within minutes of posting it for sale on www.soundclick.com/freqbeatz, the calls and emails started pouring in. Mostly everyone had the same question: “Who is that singing the hook?” Since then he has become the 1 go to guy in his hometown of St. Louis for hooks.



Besides the fact that he writes (all) and produces (most of) his own material, Fedarro’s pursuit of perfection and humble mentality are rare in today’s superficial music scene. He rises before the sun daily to run, workout, rehearse vocals and piano before rushing off to class. By late afternoon he’s back in the lab; where he usually spends the rest of his day, unless duty calls. Staying physically fit and drug-free helps him to maintain his focus, while drawing inspiration to keep his dream alive from legends like Babyface and R. Kelly.



His, as yet untitled, debut sounds more like it was derived from divine inspiration. Joints like the sure fire dance floor igniter “See You Dance”; the groovy “Good Luck”; and the heartfelt “Don’t Go Away”, amongst others have made choosing a lead single has become a task in itself. Call it a gift and a curse, but any of his songs could easily be top 10 on the charts regardless of who is out.
