Fate He Fears was started in late October of '06, by Chris, Ryan k., Wes and Caldwell. We couldn't find the right fit for a second guitarist and eventually gave up on the project in early December '06. But eventually lifelong friend Mr. Dustin expressed interest in playing with us and getting the band back together, so in March we began writing with the present, and final, line up of Fate He Fears. We all love music with a passion that is only rivaled by our love of Halo and Welcome Back Cotter reruns. We are five dudes who love music, love to create it and love to perform it. Our intention is not fame, our intention is not money. Our only intention is to write and perform neck breaking, windmill kick to the face metal. We write music so that people can listen to it, dance with it and be impacted with the lyrics. We are sick of the generic, the "copy and paste" style that has taken over metal the past few years. We are musicians, we are devout Halo lovers and we are poets. All of this will show through in our music. Are we the best looking band of all time? Probably. Do we write the most insanely metal music ever? Not entirely. But after you listen to our music, we hope that your response is a simple one: that it feels as though the horse that crippled superman just kicked you in the face. Now, finally on the same page, you can expect a lot of shows and fun in the near future. Our hearts beat to the same breakdown.
