Evolucion Nortena

Evolucion or in English- Evolution: the act or process of unfolding, development, and growth, usually in slow stages and from simpler forms to those that are more complex.



Their name says it all. These four amazing youngsters are evolving each and every day. If you havent met them yet then youve got a lot of catching up to do. Evolucion is a young band from West Michigan. The members of the band range from a tender nine years of age to the two eldest who are thirteen. The band members are siblings, two girls and two boys. They come from separate families, but when their mother and father were married, they became one unit. What they found in common was their love for music. The kids were taught to play music by their father and mentor, Pedro P. Martinez. Soon after, Evolucion was formed. They are: Pedro P. Martinez Jr., Abrielle Gonzalez, Alicia Gonzalez, and Alec Gonzalez.

Evolucion has been playing together as a group for almost two years. It doesnt sound like very long, but when they get on stage it seems as if theyve been doing this all their lives. They have played at many weddings, quinceaneras, corporate events, and the list goes on. They have also been invited to play at several fiestas. One of the biggest is the Milwaukee Fest; where they played side by side with artists such as Maribel Guardia and David Lee Garza.

The group has a rock solid foundation built by their father, and with over thirty years of experience in playing music under his belt, this dynasty that he has made will raise the bar for future music artists.

Pedro Mo Martinez is a fine young gentleman of only thirteen years of age and had been dubbed El Principe de la Accordion. He is the accordionist of Evolucion and 1st and 2nd vocals. Mos two passions in life are his accordion and football! He has had the honor of playing on stage with one of his idols, Ramon Ayala during a concert in Grand Rapids, Michigan. His love for music doesnt take up all of his time, however. Mo takes his studies very seriously and strives for straight As in school.

Abrielle Guera Gonzalez is one of the female members of the group and is also thirteen years old. She is the bass player of Evolucion. Abrielle saved money she earned from gigs to have her bass custom painted from black to blue (her favorite color). Her laugh is contagious and she loves to dance. This young lady is very dedicated to her schoolwork and is at the top of her class. Abrielle exudes confidence on stage and she commits to becoming the best girl bass player ever!

Alicia Chiqui Gonzalez is the other female member of the group. Her nickname Chiqui is short for Chiquita, and even though shes petite, she definitely is no pushover. Her skills on the baja sexto compare to twice her age. Alicias persistence with her music has really paid off and has gotten her to the level she is on today. She lets her faith in God guide her through life. Alicia has an awesome stage presence and is also 2nd vocals. Alicia dreams of Evolucion winning awards for their music and knows that some day her dreams will become a reality. One of her goals in life is to become La Reina del Baja Sexto. She, as well as her brother and sister excel in academics.

Last but not least is Alec Lick Gonzalez. Alec is only nine years old. He is practicing very diligently to become the future drummer of Evolucion. Although he is not yet a full time band member, he has played on stage many times and has won the heart of the fans. Alec is the jokester of the group and has the ability to lighten up any situation.

Pedro Paco Martinez currently serves as the full-time drummer of the group and is also 1st and 2nd vocals. He is the proud father of Evolucion and believes that this is only the beginning for them. He instills in his children that the sky is the limit.

Evolucion is a diamond in the rough. Each band member has real raw talent. This band, even though young, has the ability to take their music to a professional level. They are genuine, humble kids, and with roots that go deep into la musica mexicana, they will rock the Latin and American music industry, as we know it.



Evolution o en Espaol- Evolucion; el processo o el hecho the desdoblarse, desarollo, creimiento, por lo general en etapas lentas y de formas mas sencilla a aquellas que son mas complejas.



Su nombre lo dice todo. Estos cuatro increible jovenes van evolucionand cada uno y todos los dias. Si aun no los ha conocido tiene que actualizarse. Evolucion es un conjunto de jovenes del Oeste de Michigan. Los miembros del conjunto son de diversas edades, comenzando con el mas chiquito que tiene nueve aitos de edad hasta los majores que tienen ambos trece aos. Los miembor del conjunto son hermanos, dos nias y dos nios. Provienen de familias separadas, sin embargo cuando la mama y el papa se casaron, se conviertieron en una unidad, Lo que econtraron en comun fue su amor a la musica. Los chicos fueron entrenados a tocar musica por su padre y mentor, Pedro P. Martinez. Poco despues se formo, Evolucion. Ellos son : Pedro P. Martinez Jr., Abrielle, Alicia, y Alec Gonzalez.



Evolucion a tocado como conjunto casi ya dos aos. No suena como mucho tiempo, pero cuando se ponen sobre el escenario pareciera como si lo fueran hecho desde toda la vida. Han tocado en muchas bodasm quinceaeras, eventos corporativos, y la lista sigue. Tambien han sido invitados a tocar en varias fiestas. Una de las mas grandes fue, Milwaukee Fest,donde tocaron musica al lado de artistas como Maribel Guardia y David Lee Garza.

El conjunto norteo tiene una base concreta establecida por el papa, quien lleva mas de treina aos de experiencia bajo sus riendas. Esta dinastia que ha hecho va subir la barra para artistas musicales en el futuro.

Pedro Mo Martinez es un caballero joven que con sus trece aos de vida, ya tiene el apodo de, El principe del Accordion. El es el acordionista de Evolucion y es la primera y segunda voz. Las dos pasiones de Mo son su acordion y el futbol Americano! Ha tenido el honor de tocar musica en el escenario con uno de sus idolos, Ramon Ayala, durante su concierto en Grand Rapids, Michigan. Su amor a la musica sin embargo no ocupa todo su tiempo, Mo es muy empeado a sus estudios y intenta sacar las mejores calificacciones, que son As en la escuela!



Abrielle Guera Gonzalez es una de las miembras del conjuntio y tambien tiene tan solo trece aos de edad. Es la bajista de Evolucion. Abrielle ahorro dinero de los varios eventos en los que toco para mandar pintar su bajo electrico que era negro a un color azul modificado a su gusto, ya que el azul es su favorito color. Su risa es contagiosa y le encanta bailar. Esta jovencita es muy dedidcada a sus estudios escolares y es una de las mejores estudiantes en la lista de los mejores. Abrielle radia una confianza en el escenario y se dedica a ser, la mejor chica bajista en la historia.

Alicia Chiqui Gonzalez es la otra miembra del grupo. Su apodo Chiqui es el diminutivo de chiquita, y aunque es pequea, definitivamente el tamao no va con tan tremendo corazon. Sus habilidaded en el bajo sexto compara con alguien doble su edad. La persistencia de Alicia con su musica se ha sido recompensado llevandola al nivel que esta ahora. Deja su fe en Dios guiarla sobre su vida. Alicia tiene una increible presencia y tambien es segunda voz. Alicia suea que un dia Evolucion ganara muchos reconocimientos por su musica y sabe que un dia su sueo sera realidad. Una de sus metas en la vida es ser, la reina del bajo sexto. Ella al igual que su hermano y hermana tambien sobresale en cuanto a sus estudios academicos.



Y ultimo pero no de menos Alec Lick Gonzalez. Alec solamente tiene nueve aos de edad. Esta practicando muy diligentemente en ser el futuro baterista de Evolucion. Aunque aun no es un baterista en todos los eventos, ha llegado a tocar musica en el escenario muchas veces, y se ha ganado el corazon de sus fans. Alec es el jugueton del conjunto y tiene la abilidad de aliviar cualquier situacion.

Pedro Paco Martinez presentemente es el baterista del grupo y tambien es la primera y segunda voz. Es el padre orgulloso de Evolucion y cree que este solo es el comienzo para ellos. Les inculca a sus hijos que el cielo es el limite.

Evolucion es un diamante en el spero. Cada miembro del conjunto tiene talento natural. Este conjunto aun que sea joven, tiene la abilidad de llevar su musica a un nivel professional. Son nios genuinos, humildes, y con raices sumetidas muy dentro de la musica Mexicana, revolucionarian la musica Nortea, en Mexico, los Estados Unidos, y el mundo.
