Coming from a city normally known for rap stars and smelly air, Ethreal has had to push further to gain success. Ethreal is a manifestation of raw emotion that has chugged, blasted, and sung its way into the hearts and minds of the underground greater Houston scene and is now ready to take flight to new heights.
With tracks such as “Sirens” and “Time and Time Again” morphing into anthems for the band, Ethreal has proven its staying power in people's memories as well as climbing the ranks of metal overall. Whether you're a fan or just a casual listener, most recognize this hardcore Houston act’s skill and potential for greatness.
The band is composed of five diversely influenced musicians who combine their tastes to create a sound truly unlike what is heard on today's hardcore scene. Humbly and diligently the music is crafted in their own studio, like ants creating a colony, they create songs that swarm the listener’s senses and show a brilliant display of the dark and heavy combined the insightful and melodic.
