A California native who calls both LA and the Bay Area home, Erica began her career as an R&B recording artist and musician. As a host, she has had the opportunity to interview some of music's biggest stars, including Quincey Jones, Gene Simmons, Keri Hilson and Ludacris. From hosting movie premiere red carpets to celebrity dish, Erica has worked on a range of shows including Extra, BET, MTV and The International Channel.
Her BA in Journalism from the prestigious Stanford University doesn't hurt either. When she isn't reading her Us Weekly subscription, Erica's time is passionately devoted to her life coaching practice as well as authoring its online e-zine RockToday365.com. Based on the concept that it really is possible to "have it all" each and every day of our lives, the Rock Today movement is a hipper, younger, sexier version of empowerment for today's generation. In her personal life, Erica is also an avid athlete. A black-belt martial artist, she now hikes LA's Runyon Canyon 6 times a week and is a member of Nike Run Club.
