Erebus was forged in the year 666, anno Domini, when Lord Jarrod III slayed the Three-Testicled Beast of Big Bone Lick. The beast, with face melted, lay defeated atop the Hall of Cox, the evil lair of King Cox, the Red. King Cox and his long-lost, eviler twin brother Bruce, the Bastard Son of Vigo the Terrible had long-lived in the Hall of Cox with many fat virgins to suckle their gargantuan loins. Upon learning that their prized Beast had been slain, (atop their bountiful lair, no less) the brothers journeyed outside to do battle with Lord Jarrod. Jarrod and his sidekick, Little Blair, the Idiot Serf, did great battle with the evil twins. However, at the close of the arduous and bloody battle, the opposing sides declared a draw.
The four became fast companions and soon there after founded a heavy metal band, the likes of which, the world had never seen. They named that band EREBUS!
EREBUS! has dominated asses, exploded galaxies, melted faces, gone to rehab, brought down the Roman Empire, went back to rehab, started the Dark Ages, forced the manatee into near extinction, and shared many daring adventures and sultry romances.
Look for Erebus' newest creation to flop gleefully out of their engorged and collective womb to bring life to their greatest masterpeice "ALTERED PERCEPTION" in the 1st quarter or the Year of Our Lord, Two Thousand add Eight.
