Erased Tapes Records is a London/Berlin-based independent record label focusing on Cinematic Pop Music featuring a wide variety of genres and styles. The company has been established by German-born Robert Raths since early 2007. It's the loving home of Icelandic neo-classical composer Ólafur Arnalds, London-based purveyor of intelligent dance music Ryan Lee West aka Rival Consoles, contemporary solo pianist Nils Frahm from Berlin, multi-instrumentalist and Efterklang live member Peter Broderick from Portland (US), instrumental rock quintet Codes In The Clouds from Dartford (UK), yourcodenameis:milo mastermind Justin Lockey's electronica project The British Expeditionary Force from Newcastle Upon Tyne (UK), Janus Rasmussen and Ólafur Arnalds' minimal techno outfit Kiasmos (IS/FO), Japanese composer World's End Girlfriend and more.
