Emile began his musical journey in the mid 90's as frontman for the critically acclaimed Santa Barbara based band The Lapdancers (featuring members of Popsicko, Sugarcult, and Bad Astronaut). Emile's next project was the artist popular LA based band Postfontaine. In 2005 Emile released his first solo album Stay Here and recently released the album Neighbors. His songs have been featured in many network television shows and movies including the film Waitress where his cover of Howard Jones' No One Is To Blame is featured. Other films and television shows featuring his music include Sunshine Cleaning, Danika, Dexter, Parenthood, One Tree Hill, Shark, Conviction, Damages, and countless MTV & VH1 programs. Emile's hit song "Honey I'll Try" remained on the iTunes charts for several weeks and his album Neighbors was listed "Best of 2011" by MTV's creative department. Emile lives in Austin, TX where he produces records and composes music for film and television. This summer, Emile is planning a North America tour in support of his anticipated EP which will be available online June 1.
