Emerson Swinford is a guitar player for Sir Rod Stewart. This is a song written and inspired by the tones from the Germino Club 40 amp and my 1969 Fender Stratocaster. Dedicated to the memory of my mother, Helen Swinford.

Amp settings...main rhythm tone
Pres 7 Bass 0 Mid 7 Treb 7 Vol 1- 4.5, Vol 2.5 Y-cable into both channels, tube rectifier, ohms set to 4 ohms thru Weber Blue Dog Speaker
Amp setting for Fuzz Face
Pres 6 Bass 1.5 Mid 8 Treb 7 Vol 6 Input 1 Upper left only (no Y cable) Master Vol was rolled back about 1/3 or a turn, equivalent of 6-7 if there were numbers labeled. Ohm set to 16 through a 4x12 with a G30H Creamback Celestion mic-ed. Plenty of coffee too...
