Element aka Human Radio

Element, from Phoenix, Arizona is a well known beatboxer that has been practicing his craft for over 9 years now Element is proclamined as the Beatbox King of Arizona.



As a popular local artist, Element has been performing all over Arizona and has opened up for many major artists. Element has also shared the stage with the legend KRS-ONE not only once but three times! He has already made apperances on MTV True Life thanks to his friend that has made a name for himself out here in Az that goes by Apollo. He also has been on a few local TV news stations, and the valleys Hip Hop station 98.3



Element first started beatboxing in 8th grade. He was inspired by the well renowned beabtbox Doug E. Fresh. In High School, Element took his beatboxing to a whole new level when he saw Rahzel the God Father Of Noyze for the first time. " I've never seen anyone beatbox the way he does and that moment right there made me realize that you can take beatboxing to a whole new level!!"



After hearing Rahzel, Element started improving his skills by practicing everyday and searching for new techniques and sounds. Promoting his skills around Arizona by beatboxing at open mic and local shows finally paid off. In 2006 Element was invited to the Vowel Movement's West Coast Beatbox Battle in Berkeley California. Coming to the scene an underdog Element toook 2nd place out of 28 professional beatboxer from all over the West Coast.



"After that battle I felt really good taking 2nd place because it showed me how good I really was"



Element has also been given the name the "Human Radio" because of all the song he can imitate from the radio. Element can beatbox over 128 beats so far off the radio and he continues to add more to the list every time he hears a song that he wants to add to his collection.



At this time Element has a DVD out called "Beatboxing Is My Life" produced J Newland Productions.



"This DVD is basically giving everyone a taste of my life and showing them the 5th Element of Hip Hop; The Beatbox!"



As of now, Element is on the path not to just entertain Arizona with his beatbox skills but to entertain the world
