John Clarkeborn in manchester.1967moved to london in 1984to enjoy the clubs of the timekit katmud clubjean pierresetc. Started a band called head in 1986renamed the band meat machine in 1989 Left to form another band called jap pornostar in 1991with lenny hard of the legendary hard club londonplaying industrial techno punkpure electro terrorism. By 1995 i was engineering and co producing other acts most notebly dj luck and mc neat exploring uk garagei was involved in all three of there uk top ten hits.including a little bit of luck. At the same time around 1997 i was releasing tracks on the heat record label.under the artist name jkl productions.with my partners kyle and leander. A track called get on down by jkl featuring mc neat.was a heavy mix of electro and uk garagethen around the year 2000 i was involved in co production with dj luck on remixes such as deetah amongst others. In 2002 along with jkl i produced remixes for the honeys and felon released on universal records. Since then i have released many tracks independently and on the nice and ripe label.
