F.U.C.T. was formed in July 1986 by Guitarists Dirt Ditchfield

and Brooks Phillips. They found a drummer , Heath Willis,

through an advertisement in a local club's paper. Clay

Brocker came in as the Singer and Dirt switched from

Guitar to Bass with this line-up they played their first show.

Heath quit and was replaced by Salvo W. Rodanthe after Clay

and Dirt saw him playing one night at a friends house

through the window.

F.U.C.T. recorded their first album "Into the Aggro" in 1987

and second album "Within" in 1988. A Nashville label signed F.U.C.T. in 1989

and they recorded "Green" in 1989 and their debut album "Dimensional Depth Perception"

in 1990. F.U.C.T. broke apart in 1991 and went in different directions. During

this time, all the members played together in several different bands, but not

all four together. Brooks passed on in 2001 leaving the experience incomplete.

October 2006 saw the "reanimation" of F.U.C.T. as Clay and

Dirt were brought together by Drummer, Jerry Gamble at the annual Melvins show

at the Exit/Inn. Unable to find a guitarist, Dirt once again played Guitar while

also handling the Bass. A new recording was produced "Return" in 2007, and a

few shows were played as this new "three piece".

In June , 2007, Jason Creasey was brought in on Guitar and

Dirt switched once again to Bass. Beginning in March 2007 F.U.C.T. has given

20 performances and there is much more in the offering. A new album "Retain

To The Aggro" is in the works for the band as well as the re-release of "Into

The Aggro" on SPAT! records.

With the August 22nd show at Exit/In, Salvo W. Rodanthe gave

a return performance and now Salvo, Clay, Dirt and Creasey are the current

line-up. But wait, now in October 2008, Salvo has left the band and again Jerry Gamble is the current drummer for F.U.C.T. Look for something in the near future and be prepared. Cheap Shite is working with Abyss to release "Retain to the Aggro" , and F.U.C.T. are currently working on the next album "Aggroverse".

"T" shirts and other Merch are also available.
