.Eduardo Coronado was born to the streets of East L.A. over thirty six years ago and into a family where crime was a way of life. His role models were drug dealers, violent men, and murderers. The destructive nature of his father forced his mother to flee to Juarez, Mexico, and seek refuge with family where Eddie fell prey to sexual abuse to a trusted relative at the age of seven. The pain and confusion in Eddies heart were unbearable. Death and destruction were waiting for him around every corner but God had other plans



.In a small church in El Paso, Texas, Christ found him at the age of eight and Eddies life would never be the same. Since then, the cry of Eddies heart is Freedom! He knows the power of forgiveness and it is through his praise and worship in which that message is conveyed



.Eddie moved to Dallas, Texas to study at Christ for the Nations where he received a Diploma in Practical Theology and an Advanced Diploma in Pastoral Ministry. He has also been featured on several CFNIs praise and worship projects as well as singing with Marco Barrientos and Aliento music.



.Daystar Television Network Music reaching the world.

Eddie Coronado is fast becoming one of the most recognized names and voices in Christian music. Through Daystar Television Network, Eddies voice can be heard daily throughout the world as he sings with the Daystar singers on the flagship program Celebration, hosted by founders and owners Marcus and Joni Lamb. They hand-picked Eddie to be a vital part of their vision to reach the Hispanic people of the world and lovingly refer to Eddie as their South American singer. Daystars music endeavors have been to produce several albums over the last five years, which is also distributed throughout the world



.Breaking Barriers.

Wow the English-speaking audience has really opened their eyes and ears to Spanish music That's the common response by those who watch Celebration or hear a Daystar music CD. Because Eddie has translated and sung several of Daystars music (song lyrics) in Spanish, it has impacted a whole new audience.



.Making His Mark.

Eddie launched Reflejo De Tu Amor, his first solo album, in 2005. It produced the hit single Libre, which was well received by Christian radio stations across the nation and South America. The album features five songs written by Eddie. And now Eddie is preparing to release his second album entitled Vencedor in March of 2007. Its high energy and powerful lyrics of Christs unconditional Love and The Cross are sure to inspire and lift every listeners heart to the Father.



.From the streets of L.A. to the International stage; what the enemy intended for Eddies destruction has been turned to glorify the Lord.
