Dynamike

Michael Velasquez (a.k.a. Dynamike) was born and raised in Benque Viejo Del Carmen (west of Belize) He was introduced into music at the age of 8 when at the time he was living in capital of Belize, Belmopan. He started flowing (free styling) with his friends on reggae and dancehall tracks. Still learning he went home and practice daily. At the age of 12 he moved back to his hometown Benque Viejo and took back the dancehall style with him. Influenced by another great rapper of his town known as "Rabba Man" he linked up and started doing music together. This was more a hobby than anything else, since there are no record labels in Belize. On July 29th 2000 Michael Velasquez came to Los Angeles California not knowing what to expect. Dynamike has been performing at clubs like Rumba room for the Cuervoton longside major label artists like Tony Touch, Chingo Bling, Notch, Malverde from Machete music and LDA to name a few.
