Playing a blend of guitar driven rock music that has subtle psychedelic tinges, Durban are an original 4-piece band who formed in Sheffield around 2004.
Gigging is a must as keeping the band name at the forefront of local gig listings helps increase the public profile playing Sheffields best known venues such as Sheffield Academy2, Leadmill & Londons the Camden Barfly. Durban have just been included in a Darnall Music Factory album 'Sheffield Raw' a new compilation of some good bands from the steel city which features their new track, the bands name is being kept at the forefront of the vibrant Sheffield music scene, & all that stuff.
