DOWNFALL a vu le jour en 2001 sur les cendres de deux groupes hxc alsaciens, DROPOUT et INFERNAL STRUCTURE, la formation s'appelait alors "STORMBLAST". Downfall délivre une musique brutale et sans concessions à mi chemin entre le hardcore de Knuckledust et le death metal de Skinless. Après plus de 80 concerts ( avec des groupes tels que Inside conflict, Apocalypse Now, EDC, The ARRS, Arkangel, Do or die, Born from pain.) Downfall est toujours prêt à mettre le feu au pit. Après un changement de line-up fin 2006 (nouveau chanteur et deuxième guitariste) le groupe travaille de nouvelles compos dans l'optique d'enregistrer son premier album.



2008, l'aventure s'arrête apprès plus d'une centaine de dates. malheureusement l'album ne verra pas le jour!

DOWNFALL was born in 2001 above the ashes of two alsacian (France) hxc bands, DROPOUT and INFERNAL STRUCTURE, at this time the band was called "STORMBLAST". Downfall plays some brutal music between the hardcore of Knucledust and the death metal of Skinless. After more than 80 shows (with bands like Inside conflict, Apocalypse Now, EDC, The ARRS, Arkangel, Do or die, Born from pain.) Downfall is still ready to set fire in the pit. After some line up changes (new singer and second guitarist) the band is working on new songs in order to record his first full-length album.



2008, the adventure ends after more than a hundred gigs. unfortunatly the album won't come!
