Playing a bright red guitar shaped like a shoe box, Lisa Hahn is at the helm of this rock and roll rocketship riding atop a framework of electronic beats.



The Dot Com band consists of Emily Lee, a Barnard Music Composition grad and channel Thirteen employee whos love of Stevie Wonder is only eclipsed by her ability to rock a keyboard.



Kevin Rodriguez is the dot com percussionist whose influences include, rock, punk, salsa, jazz, and blues. His arrangements display an eclectic style that complement a myriad of musical compositions and tastes. But above all, he is known for kicking out the Dot Com's phat beats on his signature acoustic/electric drum set.



Mark Dobbyn, a proud native son of Rhode Island, grew into the role of bass player extroardinare, while working alongside Lisa building electric basses in Brooklyn.



And finally, Lisa Hahn; a guitar maker from nine to five who conceived of and constructed her trademark guitar.



Lisa began her performance career by playing acoustic blues on Chicagos downtown sidewalks. Since then, she has moved to Brooklyn where she recorded her first album, Interstate. The musical seeds planted therein became The Dot Com.



Each track off the album was recorded in one take with no overdubbing with the idea of capturing the feeling in the room that you can hear on early blues records.



They are currently hard at work editing tracks for their second album, entitled The Roadmap.
