For those who don't already know.my name is Don Debiase - Here is a little background about myself, what I do, and what STUDIO D PRODUCTIONS is all about.



I like to produce Bands/Artists that really want to take the next step in their career, and are up and coming/well established acts that are always looking to rise to the fullest potential of their success. I am not a typical "producer".I like to go above and beyond process.



I really believe a lot of success comes from having "GREAT SONGS" not just the recordings alone. That is why one thing I like to do before the actual recording (and what I specialize in) is "Pre-Production." A lot of Bands/Artists sometimes think that they have torn their songs up enough and/or feel it's an unnecessary step to making a good demo/record. I believe that is where a lot of great Bands/Artists downfalls lie.



Pre-Production is not what most of bands think. I want to work with you.not against you. Most Bands/Artists always tell me that they fear having their songs "watered down" or "stray too much from the original creation." I work in a whole different fashion when it comes to this step, and you can always e-mail with any questions if interested in my Pre-Production services.



I have produced national acts such as Forever In Terror and Epicurean (Metal Blade Records); Beneath the Sky; and Driver Side Impact (Victory Records); and Luna Mortis (Century Media) to name a select few. I work with all genres of music, and will listen to every demo that comes across my desk. ALSO, if you e-mail my page to check you out - I WILL!!! I have also been an active musician in the Cleveland, Ohio area for almost two decades, and I was the lead guitar player in the band Gatlin, and I am currently the guitar player in the band A.P.G. I have also been on several tours as a "hired gun", as well as a tech for many national recording artists.



Finally, I have been getting asked this question a lot lately - “How did you get the Studio D name?"



Studio D was actually a nickname that was given to the little studio that I built (with the help of my guitar player Pat Ols) that we took on the road and that I personally take all over.Now that I have done a lot with it, the name kind of grew on me as a tag name that people call me as a producer, as well when I am working with a Band/Artist.
