Devon Wayne Smith or stage name D Money, Born in dowtown Detroit at Hutzel Hospital on July 28, 1990. Raised in the harsh streets of Eastside Detroit until the age of 7. Because of drug problems with his Mother he was foced to move out and live with his Grandparents.



So now stayin in the suburbs of Metro Detroit, after problems with his mother and now he has to seperate from his sister because she was adopted by her aunt, he has a troubled life, not knowing who his father really is.



D Money at the age of 13 started gettin into the rap business at a very quick pace. Him and his best freind lance also known as Yung Solja started a rap group by the name of Street Soljaz. But during this time there were alot of other things goin on in their lifes so they only managed to make a few hits. When D money turned 16 he met new faces like J-Flow,Prodigy,Trey k, and Big Uno who were all local detroit rappers. Through all these people they helped him get better at rapping and learn alot of new things to help with his projects.



So Now Ive jus got my own studio and i am a part of Famous Boy ENT, Along with Yung Solja , J-Flow, n Founder J Atty and the rest of the click. Currently he is finally getting ready to have his first mixtape out early 2008
