From New York City's Bitter End to the studios of VH1, David Kraut has been entertaining audiences with his unique brand of piano-based pop and country for over a decade. Two of his songs, "Liquid Sunshine" and "Change of a Dress", have been cut by new Texas artist Shiela Harrison for her self-titled debut album -- other songwriters on the album include Bill Champlin (keyboardist and vocalist for Chicago [he sang "Look Away"]) and Chris Omartian (Pink, Hillary Duff). David also just signed his first Nashville publishing contract for the song " A Day Job and a Dream" with My Three Kids Music (BMI). The song is also the lead song for "Hits They Missed", a charity album featuring songs that were submitted to the American Idol songwriting contest, but didn't make the finals. A portion of the proceeds from the project will go to benefit the Oakland School for the Arts in Oakland, CA, so buy your album today at www.melodiesthatmatter.com.
