DJ Tremendez

It all started with a dream, and the love of music. DJ Tremendez was born and raided in Los Angeles, CA. He remembers growing up and on every weekend when it was time to clean the house his mom would break out her records and cassettes. And she would play everything from Motown, to Classic Rock, and even 80's. Growing up Tremendez was always interested in entertaining people and knew how to hold a crowed with his magic tricks and comedic routines. It was at the age of twelve well attending a wedding, he decided that he would become a DJ. Tremendez saw a DJ mixing songs together and heard there was no stop between each song. It was that moment he knew spinning records was his passion. Through out his high school years Tremendez would spin music during lunch time and other school activities. Later just get a gig, he would DJ for food. Yes that is true, he would get paid with all the left over food and alcohol from each party. Tremendez didn't do this just for the free alcohol, he wanted the opportunity to practice mixing in front real party people.



As his love for music grew, his career expanded. In 2001, he began working with the station he grew up listening to. LAs number one hit music station - 102.7 KIIS FM. Working for KIIS was a dream come true. He started his radio career by working as an intern for Rick Dees. He was often used as a voice actor for many of the morning show bits. Tremendez was heavily influenced by another famous KIIS FM DJ Jimmy Kim. Tremendez wanted to know the music and radio industry inside and out. DJ Tremendez has spun for several major concerts. In 2005, DJ Tremendez started working with several top PR companies in Los Angeles. Which in the past four years has lead to spinning at private celebrities events, The Key Club on Sunsent, Roosevelt Hotel, Les Deux in Hollywood, runway shows, grand openings for boutiques, and salons.



Spinning all started as a hobby to DJ Tremendez, that turned into a money making hobby. He owes all this to his style of mixing any genres of music, from rock, to hip-hop, dance, 90's and 80's. Dreams do come true, and DJ Tremendez hasn't stop dreaming, he just dreams bigger now. He looks forward to spinning across the nation and while procuring his stand up comedy career. Currently DJ Tremendez is booked for several private events and clubs in Los Angeles. He is also working on mix CD's, so feel free to hit him up for one.
