Spencer Thomas is currently one of Eventvibe.com’s resident DJs for the southwest region of the U.S. at Myst nightclub and BoinkEnergy.com’s sponsored artist. He is working on multiple remix releases with EV Music in the near future. Ending a 3 1/2 year stint as one of KNRJ 92.7/101.1 FMs most popular mix shows and will be releasing a new mix CD in November broadening his listener base filling your head with good vibes.



Spencer Thomas began his career at the age of 9. Being the little brother to one of the Southwest’s biggest rave/club promoters at the time, he was constantly around house music and quickly fell in love with the sound Countless hours were spent deejaying in his room and at the age of 11 was put in front of his first nightclub crowd from 1-4am. ST became a favorite among promoters, many times being called upon to take over for other djs in town that were giving them trouble. Not only that but ST’s influences of the early 90s hip hop gave him an ear for gritty basslines and disco style vocals which has become a crowd favorite. Literally growing up in the after hours club scene, ST knows how to keep people up, dancing and smiling. Dubbed one of the “most original styles i’ve heard” by Eventvibe.com’s Jay Mayer and instantly recognized by fans when on the radio, ST is what people know to be a true party sound.



By the age of 14 he began running his own after hours club night, The Club Casualties, out of old warehouses and office spaces and packed them with 400-700 club goers every weekend. During this time he closed and played the afterhours for venues such as Freedom, The Nile, CLub Rio and Polly Esthers. When not deejaying he was standing outside of nightclubs and bars every weekend passing out demos (CDs and Tapes) to anyone that would take them. This determination landed him a big room residency in Tempe at REAL which was soon followed by Club Envy in Tucson choosing ST to headline their house room every Saturday. Not long after, while still in high school ST set up a meeting with Scottsdale’s KNRJ Enery 92.7/101.1 FM. Having a bad relationshiip with the local music scene, ST pitched an idea for weekly show sponsored by his then promotional crew, Azunderground.org. Seeing his ambition, the station gave ST a show every Saturday night after hours playing right after Paul Oakenfold and at the time John Digweed. While on the radio, still in highschool, ST made multiple WMC performances as well as many one off club nights. He caught the eye of Eventvibe.com’s regional director while his CD was playing at an after hours spot and was immediately recruited as Eventvibe.com’s resident DJ. ST took on residencies at E4, Radius and Myst (which he still holds today) in Scottsdale, playing with some of the biggest DJs in the world such as DJ Dan, Donald Glaude, Dj Icey, Peter Presta, Alex Peace and more. ST also began releasing mutlple bootleg mix CDs online and has garnered international attention with over 100,000 downloads, even going as far as being played on stations in London and many online stations in Canada and Italy. All this and ST is barely 21. With hundreds of radio shows and club appearances under his belt before he was of legal age, ST has only just begun.
