This buzz carried him to South America in 1999, where he wowed Latin crowds with his musical talents at Tiffany’s and Eros, two of the hottest nightclubs in Caracas, Venezuela. In 2001, Scotty K. relocated to Los Angeles to make music his full-time occupation. This ear for what’s current has led to Scotty K. using his talents on a number of remixing projects. In the Fall of 2002, Scotty K. was called upon to remix a song for the Disney Channel for their new show That's So Raven, starring Raven Symone. Little did he know that the remix he co-produced with DJ Chris Wren would end up helping to launch the Disney Channel's highest rated show ever at the cable network. And it doesn't end there…Scotty K. has remixed tracks for Seal, Madonna, Inaya Day, Jasper Street Co. and Jennifer Holliday. Scotty K. remixed the recent summer 2004 dance club hit Dive by Debby Holiday, which charted in the Top 5 on Billboard Magazine’s Dance Club Play Chart, making him one of the hottest DJ/Producers on the west coast.
