Andy Perring aka Pulser has been and continues to be at the cutting edge of Trance.His 100 commercial releases and remixes spanning over a decade under his aliases Pulser, The Olmec Heads (with Westy), Insigma (with Steve 'Thrillseekers' Helstrip), The Basstarts (With Lange) and many others have firmly secured his place in trance history but the future holds even bigger promise.Always one for quality over quantity, his experience, production and writing skills have stood the test of time. In a genre that evolves almost daily Pulser always manages to deliver a tune that stands out from the crowd. His myriad of classic productions have provided the Trance soundtrack to the rise of the biggest DJ's like Tiesto, Armin, Oakenfold and PVD and his studio skills have seen him in the studio producing, programming and writing with the likes of Lange (co-writing and singing on tracks for his 2008 Better Late Than Never album), Sam Williams (Supergrass, Animal House producer), Brian Higgins (Xenomania, Dannii Minogue) and looking forward Pulser is pushing the boundaries hard as he starts to infuse his well honed studio and live experiences into his own electrifying , onstage live performances.Pulser DJ sets have entranced the hardest to please clubbers. He has headlined the biggest and best venues around the globe including Godskitchen, Gatecrasher, Passion and the Gallery (UK), Spundae and Circus (LA), Zouk (KL), GAS (Sydney), Gaudi Arena (Moscow), Plaza of Nations (Vancouver), Max Bell Centre (Calgary), Fabrik (Madrid), Ministry or Sound and Amnesia World Tour dates in Madrid and Johannesburg, The huge Global Gathering (also writing the festivals epic theme tune 'My Religion'), WEMF and hundreds more.2010 has already proved the enduring appeal of Pulser both as a musician and DJ. His first single release of the year 'Broken Universe' was snapped up by Gareth Emery (world 9 DJ) for his increasingly prominent Garuda label and stormed dance charts around the world. The follow up called 'In My World' is slated for a late summer Garuda release but that's not all that's happening. More singles are finished and awaiting release including one under a new alias 'Luminal' forthcoming on one of the world's most respected artist's labels and finally Pulser's long overdue debut album is complete and will very soon see the light of day.After relocating to Riga, Latvia in 2009 and having a world renowned superclub (www.essential.lv) literally on his doorstep it was only a matter of time before Pulser graced its hallowed decks. His Essential debut in March proving his deck credentials enough to be given his own monthly night and residency 'Elements'. The massively successful Elements official launch party in June saw legendary Trance artist Lange joining Pulser and local guest Ansis Zvirgzdins rocking the Essential Main Floor and showed Andy's abilities to not only deliver awesome music in the booth but the experience to promote and run international level events.
