Burundi DJ Producer Murvin Jay has rocked the dance crowds with eclectic musical mixes from his African and European roots. He started with the Belgium clubs in 1993 , becoming the Mirano Resident DJ from 96 to 2001 mesmerizing his audience with his soul percussive hypnotic sets. From Brussels to Ibiza via Paris or Amsterdam, he has played clubs and festivals such as 10 Days Off Edition 2006,Mirano/Dirty Dancing(10years resident DJ),Food, Café d'Anvers Fuse, La Rocca, Who's who's land, Pure/Sub, La Démence (resident DJ 1998-2000), CityParade, Pacha(Ibiza), Space(Ibiza), El Divino(Ibiza), Km5(Ibiza), Les Bains-Douches(Paris), Solidays festival 1stEdition (Paris), Le Divan du monde(Paris), Kit Kat forever/Studio 287(Paris), Queen(Paris), Supperclub(Amsterdam) Club Stalker Lounge(Amsterdam), Nandrin Festival(Belgium), Macarena (Barcelona), Cityhall (Barcelona), El Clandestino(Malaga), OTV club (Zaghreb), Fashion Club(Kazachstan). Murvin appeared with international DJ's such as Roger Sanchez, Todd Terry, Eric Morillo, Green Velvet, Felix da Housecat, Gene Farris, Kenny Hawkes, Luke Solomon, Âme, Prins Thomas, Jazzanova, Bob Sinclar, Dimitri from Paris, Etienne de Crécy, David Guetta, Mylo, Abe Duque, DJ Naughty and many more. 1998 marks is debut in production work with the Freezzy Jam crew with projects such as 'Le Dome & Party Crasher' that was both licensed in the UK and Germany by Edel. Recently, two of his latest tracks produced with Kid Crme have been compiled on the Electronic Corporation and the Decibel compilations Projects and released on Jalapeno recordings. He released the single 'Chill out with me' as Sanz & Jay featuring Philip Morgan Lewis in 2002. 2004-2005 they produced and written Bamboola's first EP with Philip Morgan Lewis and Mr Suave on their label. They licensed a project called 'Bahia' with a killer remix of the maestro spanish Producer Dr Kucho on Slip'n'Side UK (www.kickinmusic.com), on Soulmgmt rec (www.deejaybooking.com) and also in Germany. They released Goodtime feat Mugwump remix on their label charted during a few weeks by Sven Vath. Produced by Murvin Jay, Alton Miller(Detroit)&Boddhi Satva The deep house track 'Let the music flow' is on the top chart at Vinyl Junckies UK. They just release the new promo Bamboola Prod'Say you don't love me'available on S.O.U.L. Management His bookings in numerous independent House parties/Clubs, and their releases on S.O.U.L Mgmt ,Bamboola Prod and Slip'N'Side UK, Murvin jay proves to be one of the most demanded DJ/ Producer in Belgium.

Murvin Jay has rocked the dance crowds with his African & European rooted, eclectic mixes since 1993. From Brussels to Ibiza via Paris or Amsterdam, he has played in many clubs and festivals (myspace.com/djmurvinjay) and is not new to the production side of things.
His “Le Dome” & “Party Crasher” tracks with the Freezzy Jam team were both licensed in the UK and Germany by Edel, his tracks with Kid Crème of Defected fame have been compiled on many compilations and released trough Jalapeno recordings and his first 12’, “Bahia” under his Bamboola Productions moniker (together with Philip Morgan Lewis and Bertrand Jacques) was released on Slip n Slide with a killer remix from Dr Kucho . They then released “Goodtime” on their own Bamboola label, from which the Mugwump remix was heavily charted by Sven Vath and being made a Cocoon anthem in Ibiza.
At the same time, Murvin Jay hooked up with Detroit’s Alton Miller(Serious Grooves, Fragile, Moods & Grooves) and Boddhi Satva to create the deep house gem, 'Let the music flow' which was a huge seller at soulful London vinyl mecca, Vinyl Junkies.
After having organized many of his successful WE LOVE. parties in Belgium with the likes of DJ Deep, Tim Paris, Jef K, Pete Herbert, Geoffroy Mugwump & many more.
