DJ MONTY

What up, this is DJ Monty, one of the realist DJ's reppin da low-end of Chicago. Born and raised in the Harold Ickes Homes, myself along with my brother (Dj Mikey-Mike), cousin (DJ PJ) & Lefty started a production company called: Low-End Productions/rap group called Low-End Professionals. Our main goal is to give others a feel of what true talent is, by making music that the younger generation and adults can relate too.

I have done parties for such artist as: R. Kelly, Shawna, Nelly, Diddy, Mary J. Blige, and Jay-Z. I have also done work for the NBA All-Star Game in LA, Philiy, and Houston for World World Ent.

For 10 years myself and another member of L.E.P by the name of Lefty have hosted the "L.E.P. Chicago Steet League" held in the Harold Ickes. These tournaments are for adults as well as children. At the tournaments I keep the crowd going by rockin the mic with play by play action. This year we are proud to announce that we started the all new "Women's Popcorn League" this summer 2006. My sense of humor is a quaility that my fans enjoy and keeping them up on the hottest new music.
