Sitarsploitation, Bad-ass Breaks and Progressive House
I'm just your basic DJ, musician, and aerospace
engineer. My thing is to take take old-skool types of grooves, and hype them up
with modern sounds. Check out some of my free mixes, or some of my
tracks--you'll hear sounds that are a little too modern, but with a strong
flavor of the old school. It's all set up to sound new, and familiar at the same
time. Dance music's supposed to be about having fun, so even though this is all
underground, you're guaranteed a great time!
About me: I live in beautiful Santa Cruz, California, with my lovely wife and our two cats. When I'm not doing musical stuff, I'm working at my "other" job, as a NASA engineer.

House 'n' Breaks: The Rhythm
Method
Delicate yin and firm yang come together, setting the stage
for this hour-long romp. Pillowy soft grooves slide over
stony-hard drumbeats, leaving you no choice but to turn up your iPod and
be firmly worked up to several happy endings. Funky house bass guitars
gently urge you to keep your hips bumpin' while the underground breaks
keep your subwoofer thumpin' and your naughty bits jumpin'. Download this
mixtape and, so long as your iPod's battery holds out, you'll get that
sweet, sweet rhythm you need. Only this way, you get to keep your socks
on.
Step On The Breaks!
Underground breaks people will
love this new one, because it's just badddd all the time. I'm mixing in my
new studio, where the bass is just incredible, so I'm doing unforgivably
dirty sound right! Give a listen to the evil, foot-stomping, old-skool
sound you're used to hearing from the down-but-not-out Krispy
Chris!
The Bitness of Fitness
Let's just say that,
for some reason, you want some really high-energy music. Perhaps it's time
to hit the eliptical, and the "Rocky 6" soundtrack just isn't doing it for
you anymore. Maybe it's Wednesday, and that means you need to add another
five pounds to the machines. Whatever the workout, this tape can keep you
motivated--from it's not-so subtle beginning of "Pump Up The Jam," to the
cooldown with Krafty Kuts, this tape has one goal--to keep you on your
toes for an hour. If you're still wondering whether to download this mix,
I'll leave you with one last thought: anything's better than watching CNN
with the volume down!
Breaks: The Devil's Fluffer
Finally a breaks mix! Check out this Good vs. Evil
dance-off! The name says it all: this mix is baddass, and goodass at the
same time. Ultra-modern dirty breakbeats join forces with poison candy
melodies to create something temptingly diabolical. Underground sinners
will love getting flogged by the the deep bass and weird menacing sounds.
The nice candy ravers will sucumb to the melodic washes of tinkly sound.
Turns out, it's hard to tell the difference! between
