NON EXCLUSIVENon Exclusive will entitle you the ability to use the leased Instrumental for ONE (AND ONLY ONE) commercial application (Mixtape, CD, DVD or Website) with small scale distribution (up to 5000 copies) and unlimited Non-Profit (Demo) projects. If you sell more than 5000 units you contact me to either buy exclusive rights or to rent/lease it again for another 5000 units.
You will receive a single mixdown of the leased Instrumental together with a contract giving you non-exclusive rights to the instrumental.
It must state "Produced by Kay Jay Beatz" in the credits of your release.
Kay Jay Beatz will still own the full rights to the beat.

EXCLUSIVEExclusive rights will entitle you the ability to use the purchased Instrumental on any commercial application (Album, Mixtape, CD, DVD, Movie, TV, Radio Play, Games or Websites). You will be able to distribute unlimited copies of the purchased Instrumental.
You will receive a single mixdown of the leased Instrumental together with a contract granting you exclusive rights to the instrumental.
It must state "Produced by Kay Jay Beatz" in the credits of your release.
After 10000 copies sold, Kay Jay Beatz will be entitled to Producer Royalties of 2% of records sold. After 100000 copies sold, Kay Jay Beatz will be entitled to Producer Royalties of 4% of records sold.
Kay Jay Beatz will still maintain the copyrights of the Instrumental but agrees to not selling rights for using the Instrumental to anyone else.
