BIOGRAPHY:Robert Howard, AKA DJ Biz, was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. With both of his parents being music lovers, he had no choice but to be exposed to various genres of music, ranging from jazz, gospel, blues, and soul. But at 9 he started a relationship with music for himself, when he bought his first albums (LL, Fresh Prince, Big Daddy Kane, New Edition, Michael Jackson).



He started chasing his "dream" in 2000, which started by paying dues assisting close friends who were aspiring artists. His initial involvement was helping with song concepts, reading contracts, and implementing creative marketing strategies. He also developed promotional mixtapes which pushed him towards DJ'ing. Rapper and friend Badlucc, from Watts, California, noticed how he stayed busy handling business and gave him the nickname Biz.



DJ'ing sparked an interest in creating music, which led to him finding a passion for producing & song-writing. In 2006, he worked as a personal assistant for one of "The Underdogs", a Grammy award winning production/song-writing team, where he got a behind the scenes education on how professional songs were crafted. But after he and his business partner split, the loss of his mother to cancer, and the birth of his son, to name just a few things, a "dream" that he pursued for 10 years became blurred.



At the end of 2008, he started doing music aimed towards people with children in their lives. "As a father to a 2 yr old, the music I listened to wasnt appropriate for my son to hear and the music made for him to listen to wasnt cool to me. Then I had an idea to do something about it. Love LLC and Buddy-Bot is my idea to offer my son and the world something different. The things I did in my pursuit of the original dream are all coming into play in this project. The fun and excitement I used to feel for music and this business is back."
