DENUN

Denun is a metal band founded in 2001, however until 2003 it had not a stable line-up.
In 2004 the band recorded their first demo titled "Denun".
The following year they recorded their first album "Toluken". That same year they won the contest "Desorbitados" of Tierra Radio Station and "The Living" band contest of Cine Arte Alameda.
In 2006 they made a distribution deal with "Nothingness Records" - "Counsouling Sounds" from Belgium.
The same year they were included in the chilean metal compilation "From the land that God forgot".
In 2007 the band was semi finalist in the Yamaha Band Festival.
In 2008 they won by peoples choice the band contest "El no de las ni�as" of Tierra Radio Station. During that year they recorded their first official videoclip: "Distant Memories", which is included on a single with the same name.
The video was made by Abysmo Productions.
The same year the band is included in the metal compilation "Bandas Nacionales".
In 2009 the band was nominated in the category "Best Band with lyrics in Spanish," in the Female Metal Awards, Denun was the only South American band, winning the 3rd place by the audience vote.
Denun has finished the creative process of their second album, still unnamed, which will be ready in mid 2011.
