The Dennis McClung Blues Band has opened for Hubert Sumlin, Kim Wilson, John Mayall, Michael Burks, Guitar Shorty, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, George Satellites, G.E. Smith, Gary B.B. Coleman, Sonny Landreth, Shemekia Copeland, just to name a few. The band is the only 2 time winner of the Annual River City Ohio Blues Competition held in Marietta, Ohio and has performed at the IBC national blues competition in Memphis, Tenn.
