Simply we live HipHop,Yes we are Australian and represent Sydney and this beautiful island but please do not put us under small catergories like Aussie Hiphop! We are much bigger than that as we are Universal in Music and Art. From the depths of the early 80's hiphop culture you have us : Def Wish,Die-C,Murda 1 and Sereck(Unique) and Originally combined with DJ Vame in the early 90's on our early releases. We have supported, toured and arranged shows with most of the worlds greats but still what was most important was for us to attend and BBoy before Kool Herc! Our main perspective is still about live performances or shows and taking it too new levels mainly within ourselves and our reputation speaks for itself. In the early 90's when Australia needed that punch and identity we gave it and we gave it on a level that couldn't be matched. It was all by accident as we knew it was needed and there was no commercialism and radio help so we fought on behalf of who couldn't be heard! We are still here for all generations after us! Def Wish Cast just enjoy the fundamentals of Hiphop culture and all what it has influenced it and influenced!
