The band was first formed in January 2003 by Luigi Cara (singer/bass), Giampiero Serra (drums) and Andrea Sechi (guitars). They chose black death metal old school as the type of music they want to play; their black death music was initially unrefined but effective. Soon after they formed a fourth member, Ivan Carta, joined the band to give a major drive to the trio's sound. In May 2004, the band entered a recording studio for the first time to record their demo "Hard Reality": 5 black death songs that immediately transmit the group's intentions to the listener. Thanks to a series of concerts, the group slowly became known on the Sardinian underground scene and beyond. In 2005 Ivan Carta left the band and the three remaining became the only official members of Death Crash. In 2007 the band released their second album: a mini cd entitled "Extreme Claustrophobic Terror". The music contained on this album had a more profane and brutal sound compared to their previous album. In order to promote their last project, the band began to tour around the north of Italy along with other Italian groups coming from the same musical background. In 2008 the band released a split, entitled "4 Way to Scream Your Hate" created with the help of Zora, Land Of Hate and Smashhead. The band now is working on new songs that will be recorded at the beginning of 2010 and later included in their first full-length album called "collective brain infektion" . Deathcrush sign to Copro Records/Casket music for the release and worldwide distribution of it.

I Deathcrush si formano nel gennaio 2003 da Luigi Cara (basso/voce), Giampiero Serra (batteria) e Andrea Sechi (chitarre), il genere scelto per il progetto era un black death metal old school molto grezzo ma d'impatto. Presto si aggiunse un quarto componente, Ivan Carta, per assicurare una maggiore spinta al sound del trio. Nel maggio del 2004 la band entra in studio per le registrazioni della demo d'esordio intitolata "Hard Reality" 5 tracce di black death che fanno capire sin dall'inizio le intenzioni del gruppo, la band inizia a farsi conoscere nell'underground sardo e non solo tramite alcuni concerti. Ivan Carta nel 2005 esce dalla band, la scelta definitiva ricade sul trio. Il secondo lavoro è un mini cd "Extreme Claustrophobic Terror" uscito nel 2007 caratterizzato da sonorità più blasfeme e brutali, per promuovere questo lavoro, il gruppo, parte in tour nel nord Italia con altri gruppi della scena italiana. Nel 2008 esce uno split "4 Ways To Scream Your Hate" con Zora, Land Of Hate e Smashhead. Ora la band lavora ai pezzi che saranno registrati all'inizio del 2010 e saranno inseriti nel primo Full-Lenght "Collective brain infektion". I Deathcrush firmano un contratto con la Casket music/Copro records per la produzione e distribuzione mondiale del primo full-lenght.
