DEANE OGDEN is an American film composer and percussionist who has written and conducted the film scores to over twenty feature films including The Sensei, Dreams On Spec, The Evolution of Dad, and Lionsgate’s highly anticipated The Way Home, starring Dean Cain. Deane’s music is featured in the Touchstone Pictures summer blockbuster Surrogates, starring Bruce Willis, Radha Mitchell, and Ving Rhames. He is currently scoring the Sony Pictures actioner The Hit List, which stars Cuba Gooding Jr. and Cole Hauser.
Also extremely active in music for television, Deane was commissioned to write the orchestral themes for Michael Phelps’ record-breaking gold medal run during the 2008 Olympic Games, the most viewed event in television history.



As a top-call percussionist in pop and rock radio, Deane’s list of performances includes artists like Tina Turner, Seal, Chris Cornell, Rihanna, and Dido, as well as legendary producers David Foster and Chris Lord-Alge.
