DEADSCORE

DEADSCORE started somewhere between mid 2004 & early 2005 whereby the 1st intention is to be the 1st moshcore band in KL, Malaysia (those years are the years where metalcore bands rules the scene here in Malaysia). So 4 kids had been busting their asses go to the studio & practices their own songs plus some cover songs whereby at that time kinda most of it from a big hardcore band such as Hatebreed, Terror,etc. Then suddenly one particular band had inspired DEADSCORE the most which is Bury Your Dead. So the line ups at that time which consist of Mazri(vox), Daryll(guitar),Aie(Bassist), & Jay(drummer) had decided to put the focus with those line & put BYD as their main influence. As time goes by, the needs for heaviness sound is getting’ out off hand & there is when our friend Mirul goes in side by side with Daryll to fill up the guitar part & blend with us as one unit. Then Aie goes out & replaced by a guy which also a friend of us called Faizal or better know as pejal to take handle of bass part for the band. So that’s the humble story about the band so far.

Stuff? Yeah DEADSCORE got some stuff though. At 1st, somewhere around 2005, DEADSCORE had been puttin’ out 1 raw live recorded demo. The main intention of the demo is to introduce DEADSCORE to the scene & the respond from it was awesome. Kids diggin’ it so much & by that PERSISTENCE HARD:CO had put it in one cdr along side with RESTRAINT demo for a split release (special for both band 1st Singapore show). Again, the respond from that split was amazing & DEADSCORE is getting’ well known for its heavy duty music plus tremendous live sets. Thus, DEADSCORE had move on pretty steady & played several shows around KL area. The latest stuff produced by DEADSCORE is ‘Built to Last’ which currently being their 1st mini cd/ep ever whereby it’s been officially release on 13/07/2008. These latest release really signify the dedication of the band to the scene & brings back the respect to the band as a whole. In music wise the band is movin’ towards much more heavier stuff & beatdown style plus some experimental thingy which particularly had been the signature of DEADSCORE now a days. Just name it, crazy sing along, massive circle pits, 2 steps beat, technical breakdowns, etcits all in DEADSCORE. That is why DEADSCORE is best in the game today & the blood pounding hardcore band from KL, Malaysia who doesn’t give a fuck to anything. Recognize what’s real brother. HARDCORE 4 LIFE!. Now that’s what DEADSCORE is all about. Nothing more & nothing less.
