Day of Ascension

Day of Ascension was born in the latter months of the year 2006.

Yevgeniy Pisarenko and Elan O'Neal had a common vision, which was to embark on their first musical venture together.

Adjoined due to spiritual, ideological, and musical kinship, they also found other members Andrew Blair and Dan Eneberg to assist them in their journey.

With the coming months came the beginnings of new songs, members joining and leaving, and practicing as often as possible.

Eventually, the band recorded their first demo with the assistance of Dan Gleason and Holographic Studios.

Gleason and his brother Mike also assisted in the band's first performance as session members, and the band's mark was made.

However, with life's journeys come forks in the road, and relocations and musical differences caused the band to temporarily disband.



Now, in the year 2010, Yevgeniy Pisarenko and Elan O'Neal have returned to bring the band up from the ashes, and to craft it into something new. With a new musical direction and a more matured sound, many great things are in store.
