Dayfall was united in 2007. In October of the same year, they won the Club La Vela Battle of the Bands in Panama City, FL, earning the title 'Band of the Year'. Due to complications, personal issues, and lack of direction, two members departed in 2008. Needing a new vocalist, the remaining three decided to hold auditions. In July of 2008, Blake Ware was discovered. Blown away by his vocal range and passion for music, the three unanimously decided he would be the new voice of Dayfall. Since his entry into the band, Dayfall have been staying on the road, writing new music, and trying to get their name into the mainstream. They have been featured on The Project 96.1 radio station in Atlanta, Ga, as well as other local stations. Dayfall is currently awaiting the finalization of their debut album entitled No Apologies. The album will feature ten tracks and will drop sometime this Fall.
