Former MTM/Capitol Records recording artist Dav Hall re-emerges on the music scene with a variety of evolutionary music styles. Stating his claim to the music industry in 2000 with his highly anticipated debut album "My Heart My Soul". Although, released on his own independent label, the newbie managed to sell several thousand albums all over the world. After, such success independently, Hall relocated to Hollywood, CA and began blazing every lounge that would allow him to perform. After appearing on the stage of the United Negro College Fund yearly fundraiser event in Los Angeles, CA he received a warm welcome to the music industry by music pioneer Pattie Labelle. This welcome was all Hall needed to inspire his now 10 year journey as not only a singer, songwriter, but also as a highly favored music producer. Hall has worked with some of the industry's finest, such as platinum producers Teddy Riley, Dr. Dre as well as eleven time Grammy recipient and gospel producer Andre Crouch. Hall is labeled one of the best vocal producers Crouch has ever worked with, stated by Crouch in his televised 60 min. interview in 2003. In 2004 Dav Hall released his sophomore album "Yours Truly" and was labeled the most downloaded unsigned artist by cnet's download.com. Early in 2007 Hall released his third independent album "SoulSuite". After failing to secure a deal with EMI's Blue Note Records. Determined to keep his dreams alive, Hall once again began promoting and performing at Hollywood's hottest venues. Still in search of music's highest accolades, currently Dav Hall has released his new (EP) Mixtape entitled "LOVCAUSEDRUGS" . Again, setting new standards to his already unique sound.
