Da-Saz is a collective of musicians and artistes based in New Delhi, India.

Featuring outstanding instrumentalists, singers percussionists and dancers, Da-Saz aims to present traditional music as well as new urban music through recorded albums and live performances. The collective is active since its inception in 2001.

Featured on the 2004 release of Melodies of the Orient by instrumental ensemble Mystique are eight different musicians from five countries-India, Switzerland, Panama, Russia and Italy. On the 2007 Sahi Bol compilation is Delhi Sultanate & Da Saz, a collaboration of spoken word and electronic music.

The 2008 release Jet Lag is a Da-Saz album that merges sufiana kalam, cutting-edge electro, world percussion and poetry in Hindustani, Punjabi and Farsi.

Finally two new releases in 2010 span the gamut of world music styles--Capitan Dubroshniev released a glitch-electro themed album And Suchet released his solo CD Travels in Time on sister label Reverence Records.

The album Jet Lag was released by major label Phat Phish in May 2008. Since then, Da Saz has won critical & peer acclaim at festivals such as Global Groove and Rocktoberfest. Da Saz also lists on the forthcoming encyclopedia on electronic music titled The HUB.
